A: Open the "Tools -> Folder Option" menu item.
Make sure that checkbox "Show all folders" is selected
Q: I use a proxy. When I try to log in to SDExplorer nothing happens (I get error 80048820).
A: You need to configure your Microsoft Internet Explorer to use a proxy server, because the Live ID authentication dialog works only via predefined proxy settings in IE.
Q: Is it possible to map SDExplorer to a drive letter in order to work with my files from third-party file managers or backup tools?
A: No, the current version of the SDExplorer does not support such functionality. It will be implemented in subsequent versions of the SDE.
Q: Why I can't copy a 400 MB file to my SkyDrive account?
A: The SkyDrive service currently offers 25 GB of free personal storage, with individual files limited to 50 MB. However, you can use the PRO edition of SDExplorer that supports files greater than 50 MB.
Q: I selected my preferred language in the Language dialog, but after restarting SDE, the interface language was not changed. What should I do?
A: You need to clear cookies in your web browser. If your browser is IE, you can read about how to do so in this Microsoft support article.
Q: Is there any chance of having SDE made available for Mac OS X?
A: We currently do not have plans to port the application to the Mac platform.
